提升地方媒体对外传播能力分析

CENTRAL PEOPLE'S GOVERNMENT WEBSITE AND
THE PEOPLE'S GOVERNMENT
 OF ZHEJIANG WEBSITE

Abstract: The issue of international communication has seen its severity in recent years. In view of its importance, researchers at home and abroad have done many researches on this issue, but the angles are not diversified. Although this issue has been discussed in many different disciplines, there are few researches about the development of the capability of the international communication, let alone the capability of the local news media. This thesis investigates news reports from the English websites of the central people's government website and the people's government of Zhejiang website within June, 2010, makes comparison of the news reports based on the central people's government website and find out the shortcomings of the Zhejiang's website in order to find out the solutions to developing the abilities of the international communication of the local news media.

地方新闻对外传播能力提升：基于中央人民政府网和浙江省人民政府网比较分析
摘要：近几年来对外传播发挥了举足轻重的作用，其中新闻媒体的对外传播水平被越来越多的人关注。鉴于此问题的重要性，国内外学者做了很多关于此问题的研究。虽然这个问题已经在多个学科被探讨过， 从地方媒体的角度所做的研究却寥寥无几，更不用如何提升其对外传播能力的研究了。这篇论文基于中央人民政府网和浙江省人民政府网的英文网页2010年6月的所有新闻报道进行研究，通过对比分析两个英文网站的新闻，以中央人民政府网的作为蓝本，通过种种线索发现浙江省人民政府网的不足之处，最后得出提升地方新闻媒体的对外传播能力的方法论。
