长沙市mba酒店在员工招聘中存在的问题及对策分析

随着长沙市经济的迅速发展,市内外商务人士及游客的增多,作为酒店行业中的民营企业, mba酒店的发展规模也随之扩大,伴随而来的也正是此类民营企业对新员工的需求,即企业对新员工的招聘和录用。本文以湖南省长沙市的民营企业永昌酒店为研究对象,对该酒店的招聘环节进行了调查研究,发现了mba酒店在人力资源规划、招聘人员素质、招聘过程中易受心理效应影响、招聘渠道、企业文化等方面存在的问题。并且针对上述问题,本文从制定科学合理的人力资源规划、提高招聘人员专业文化素质、克服面试心理误差、选择多种招聘渠道和注重招聘工作与企业文化相结合五方面提出相应解决对策。

Abstract

With the rapid economic development in Yulin City, the city and outside business people and tourists increased, as private enterprises in the hotel industry, the Yongchang hotel development scale will be expanded, is also accompanied such private enterprises of new employeesneeds, recruitment and hiring of new employees. Yongchang Hotel in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province private enterprises, recruitment links of the hotel was investigated and found that the Yongchang Hotel in human resources planning, recruitment of quality of personnel, the recruitment process vulnerable to psychological effects, recruitment channels , corporate culture and other aspects of the problems. And to address the problem, formulate scientific and rational planning of human resources, improve the quality of professional culture of recruiters, to overcome the psychological error of the interview, choose a variety of recruitment channels and focus on the recruitment and corporate culture is the combination of the five areas and the corresponding countermeasures.
