知识型员工职业生涯管理的问题及对策分析知识型员工在知识经济时代对经济发展的重要性与日俱增。在快速变化的各种市场经济环境中塑造出符合新时代要求的特征,同时也面临时代的严峻挑战,由此,知识型员工的职业生涯规划与管理也颇具复杂,操作具有一定难度。知识型员工作为现代企业经济增长的核心主力军,其职业生涯的发展也要随市场变化企业的发展战略而作变化。本文首先阐述关于知识型员工的含义与特征,职业生涯管理的相关理论。在知识经济时代的大背景环境中,分析了现在在这方面的问题,接下来针对这些问题以职业生涯管理的理论为指导,提出了相应的改善对策本文综合性较强,全篇较为全面的系统的论述了知识型员工的职业生涯管理的情况,能更好的为我国在“十二五”中发知识型人才的作用,也有利于我国职业生涯管理的进一步完善。 关键词:知识型员工; 职业生涯; 职业生涯管理 Abstract In the era of knowledge economy,the importance of knowledge-type employees on the economic development is growing. In the fast changing and various market economy environment ,it also face the challenge of times to model and meet the features of requirements of the new Times, Thus, That makes it quite complex to plan and manage the knowledge staff's career and to operate. Knowledge-type employees, as the core of economic growth of modern enterprise,their main career developments will follow markets’ changes and the changes of enterprises’ development strategies. This paper firstly describes the status quo of the career management from three aspects: individuals, businesses organizations and social in the era of knowledge economy ,then this three are listed a number of related issues and it makes a number of targeted measures. This paper is integrated and the whole chapter discusses the knowledge worker's career management comprehensively and systematicly, it will play the role of knowledge-type employees in “Twelve Five”of our countryand it also will be helpful for further improvement of professional career management.
