【内容摘要】

心理学在人员招聘中的应用越来越受到福建企业的重视。然而,心理学应用于人员招聘,在福建省还存在着各种各样的问题,给福建省人力资源的开发和人才的选拔造成一定的负面影响。

文章从论述心理学在人员招聘中的应用入手,分析其在应用中遇到的阻力,并提出相关的解决方法,以此达到探索心理学在人员招聘中的深入应用的目的。

Abstract
The  application of Psychology  in recruitment has been paid more and more attention by enterprises in Fujian Province .However ,various problems of Psychology application exist during the recruitment, which have some negative effects to Human Resources Developing and Selection of talents. This essay , aiming at explore the thorough application of Psychology in recruitment, starts with the application, analyses the obstacles during the practice and brings up solutions respectively.
