幼儿自信心的培养与保护

自信心是个体对自身行为能力与价值的正确认识和充分估计，是一个人克服困难、取得成功的内在动力。但目前，幼儿自信心现状不容乐观，这主要是受自然环境、社会环境和幼儿生理及心理三大因素的影响。培养和保护幼儿的自信心，我们可采取以下四个方面的措施：家园共育；赏识幼儿；适度放手，给幼儿当主角的机会；允许幼儿犯错误，因势利导。

Abstract
Self-confidence is for their own individual capacity and the value of a correct understanding and a full assessment ,and also it is a people's internal drive to overcome difficulties, and be success . However, the situation is not optimistic to children. It is largely due to the natural environment, social environment and their physiological and psychological factors. Training and protecting  their self-confidence, we can take the following four areas : Their homes and kindergarten cultivate it together; Appreciation child; Moderate right, to the child the opportunity to play the main role; Allow children to make mistakes, and make the best of the situation.
