Abstract
The labor resource management is such management that regards the labor as a kind of resource. Based on the basic labor resource management theory and principle, according to the labor source management thinking of modern corporations, the article analyses the differences of labor source management between the military converting into civil corporations and the modern corporations. Based on analysis of the labor source management actuality, problems and the reasons of the Jianzhong Lithium Calcium Company, the article puts forward the labor source management improvement measure and development trend of the Jianzhong Lithium Calcium Company.
