跨国公司人才选拔问题探析

【内容摘要】

人才是跨国公司最宝贵的资源,已成为企业的核心竞争力。跨国公司的发展离不开那些有很强社会交往能力,精通管理,谙熟技术的人才。

如何选拔适应跨国公司发展的人才是本文的中心议题,也是当今跨国公司十分关心的实际问题。文章从五个方面来论述:第一部分概述一般企业的人才选拔;第二部分论述跨国公司国际工作环境下的人才选拔;第三部分分析跨国公司人才选拔趋势;第四部分分析、借鉴通用电气公司的人才选拔经验;第五部分在前文基础上总结跨国公司人才选拔模式对我国企业人才选拔的启示。

Abstract: Human is the most precious resource of the Multinational Enterprise. It has been the core complete power of the enterprises. The development of the Multinational Enterprise cannot be without the man, having strong social communication power, being proficient in management and mastering skills. How to tick out the perfect man is not only the core subject under discussion, but also the real question that the Multinational Enterprise is concerned with nowadays. The dissertation contains five parts: the first part introduces the ordinary companies’ human selection. The second part introduces the human selection in international environment. The third part analyzes the tendency of the Multinational Enterprise’s selecting. The fourth part gives an example of GE. The last part summarizes the enlightenments of the Multinational Enterprise’s selecting to our corporations.
