中美企业文化比较——以中国海尔集团与美国沃尔玛公司为例


随着商务管理科学的发展,企业文化既属于管理理论,又是一种管理艺术,且其在企业绩效中发挥的重要影响已得到广泛认同。
基于企业文化的重要意义,本文旨在帮助人们更好地了解的中美企业文化的现状,并试图通过对比找出中国和美国企业文化之间的差异。本文主要比较中美两个国家企业文化中的四种差异:企业文化的独特理念、个性特点、企业文化精神及内容。
本文由三大部分组成:引言、主体及结论。
    引言部分主要界定了企业文化的概念。
    主体部分是第一、二、三章。第一章及第二章介绍了中国海尔集团和美国沃尔玛公司的基本概况,对比了两个公司企业文化的基本要素,并以案例佐证其各自的的企业文化特性。
第三章在对比海尔集团和沃尔玛公司企业文化的基础上,分析解读中美两国企的业文化差异。
    结论部分得出对比中美企业文化的启示。

A Comparison between Chinese and American Corporate
Cultures
——With Haier Group and Walmart as Instances

Abstract

As the development of business management science,corporate culture is both a management theory and a management art whose significant influence on business performance has been widely acknowledged.
Based on the significance of corporate culture,this thesis is aiming at helping people to have a better understanding of present situations of Chinese and American corporate cultures,and tries to find out the differences between Chinese and American corporate cultures through the comparison.The comparison of corporate cultures of these two countries mainly focuses on their distinctive concepts, individuation,spirits and contents of their corporate cultures.
This thesis consists of 3 parts:introduction,main body and conclusion.
The introduction part defines the concept of corporate culture.
The first and second chapters offer the introductions of the 2 corporations, compare the 2 corporate cultures' elements,and offer some classic cases from Haier Group and Walmart as well.
The third chapter analyzes the differences of American corporate culture and Chinese corporate culture respectively on the basis of the comparison of Haier Group and Walmart.
The conclusion part draws some important enlightenment from the comparison.
