国元农业保险发展状况的评价与分析
由于农业生产的特性，农业生产的风险性很大，所以发展农业保险对农业的稳定和发展有重要意义。作为专业性的农业保险公司——国元农业保险公司正式在这种条件下诞生的。本文主要分析了安徽省国元农业保险的农业保险业务发展、服务能力和险种开发的现状以及国元农业保险存在的问题。分别从我国农业保险制度、农村经济组织化程度和农业保险本身等宏观层面，以及国元农业保险自己的股东结构、企业文化、组织架构等微观层面出发，阐述了这些因素对国元农业保险发展产生的影响。最后对政府在制度安排上如何促进专业性农业保险公司发展提出了意见；对国元农业保险如何促进自身发展，分别在内部治理、业务开展、公司业务宣传、人才建设和公司创新等方面提出了意见和建议。

Evaluation and analysis of GUOYUAN AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE CO.LTD development
Abstract：Because of the characteristics of agricultural production, the risk of agricultural production, the development of agricultural insurance agriculture have the important meaning to agricultural stability and development. A professional agricultural insurance company——GUOYUAN AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE CO.LTD was founded in this condition. This paper mainly analyzes the GUOYUAN agriculture insurance in Anhui province agricultural insurance business development and service ability and the present situation of the development of danger,and it have problems with developing.Respectively from the agricultural insurance system in China, the rural economy organizational level and agricultural insurance itself and the macroscopic level, and countries agricultural insurance their own shareholders structure, enterprise culture, the organization structure, in this paper, these factors to the GUOYUAN agricultural insurance development impact. Finally in the system arrangement of the government on how to promote the agricultural insurance company professional development put forward the opinion; To the GUOYUAN agricultural insurance how to promote their own development, respectively in the internal management, business development, the company business promotion, and talents construction and company innovation gives some advice and Suggestions.
