电子政务对政府能力的影响

随着科技的发展，计算机网络成为人们日常生活必不可少的重要组成部分，西方发达国家更是把互联网应用到国家的方方面面，其中电子政务也越来越受到大家的关注。我们国家发展电子政务的时间并不长，但在短短十几年的时间里出现了许多耳目一新的词语，诸如：网上办公、虚拟政府、官方微博、在线答疑等等，可见电子政务对我国政府能力的影响是全方位的更是深刻的。本文主要通过对电子政务的概念、政府的能力的表现以及电子政务影响政府能力的形式等三个方面的论述，全面阐述电子政务对政府能力的影响。具体来说它可以提高公共行政绩效、降低公共行政成本、促进政府职能的转变、提高公共决策质量和增加公共管理透明度。

The influence of E-government to government’s ability
 
Abstract：With the development of science and technology, computer network has become an indispensable part of people's daily lives, Western developed countries has even Internet applications to all aspects of the country, including E-government is also growing due attention. The development of e-government time of our country is not long, but there are a lot of fresh and new words in just ten years time, such as: online office, virtual government official microblog, online Q & A, etc., can be seen of E-government the impact of government capacity is a full range of profound. In this paper, through the exposition of the three aspects of E-government concept, the ability of the Government's performance, as well as the impact of E-government in the form of government capacity, a comprehensive exposition of the impact of E-government on the ability of the government. Specifically, it can improve the performance of public administration, reduce the cost of public administration, promote the transformation of government functions, improve the quality of public decision-making and increase the transparency of public administration.
