湖南省少数民族传统体育训练基地发展对策的探讨

本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对湖南省三个在校少数民族传统体育训练基地进行研究，旨在了解三个训练基地的在近几年来场地、器材设施基本情况；师资力量的情况；开设课程项目情况；资金来源的情况；参赛项目和获奖情况；学校领导、教师对基地的认识情况进行调查分析，并且对基地的发展进行初步的探讨。研究结果表明:三个训练基地的场地设施都有所增加或改变。师资力量不断在扩大，正高、副高教师增多。课程根据参赛的优势项目和教师学生的喜欢程度开设不同项目。基地的资金仍然是另人担心的是，要解决资金问题还需要进行长期的工作。三个训练基地参赛项目各又有优势，而且都有引进新优势项目的趋势。学校的领导和教师对基地的认识也有很大差异。

Apprach on the countermeasure to the development of minority’s traditional sports in Hunan province

Abstract
     This paper used many kinds of methods to research, such as: consult data, interview, first-hand investigation, questionnaire, mathematics statistics. We have a research of training bases in three different schools in Hunan. For the understanding of the sports fields, equipments, teachers, courses, the resource of bankroll, competition item, the circs of bear the palm and perceive of teachers to the training base in these three training bases. The result of this paper is: Field of these three training bases are all changed. The persons qualified to teach are improved, the numbers of professors are increasing. They set up the courses by the students’ favor and preponderant items. All the competition items are preponderant. It has difference in perceive of the training bases between teachers and leaders.
