Abstract
Since we have stepped into the era of knowledge-based economy, the relations between knowledge management and core competencies of enterprises are getting more and more close. Knowledge creation has become a essential activity for enterprise to establish its core competencies. The successful case of construction of core competencies in France Renault Car Company proves that enterprises can develop core competencies by knowledge management.
