企业招聘过程中存在的问题及其规避分析


人力资源是企业生存和发展的动力,而人力资源招聘是一个企业补充新鲜血液的主渠道,也是获取优质人才增强企业核心竞争力的重要办法,是企业人力资源管理的前提和基础,同时是企业实现其绩效和目标的重要保证,在高度发达的市场经济社会里,人力资源被誉为与“资本、技术”要素齐名的第三大要素。
但在现实经济生活中,我国企业招聘过程中无论是在程序上还是在操作上都存在着不小的问题。基于此本文主要就企业在招聘过程中普遍存在的问题和误区进行探讨并提出有效的对策,改变企业在招聘过程中存在的缺乏长期的人力资源规划、招聘过程中存在信息不对称、招聘渠道和方法选择不当、招聘流程不规范等问题,分析出现这些问题的主要原因,提出一些在实践中行之有效的对策来规避,把招聘选拔与创造竞争优势联系起来,达到为企业长远发展出谋划策的目的。

Abstract

Human resource is the enterprise survival and the development power, and what is a enterprise complement fresh blood, also be the main channel of obtaining quality talents enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises an important way, is the enterprise human resources management, and the premise and basis of realizing its performance and enterprises is the important guarantee of target. In a highly developed market economy society, human resources was praised as "capital, technology with the third-largest eponymous" element elements.
But in reality economic life, our country enterprise recruitment process whether in program or in operation and there are a lot of problems. Based on this the paper makes enterprise in the recruitment of the general problems in the process were discussed and the erroneous zone and put forward effective countermeasure, change enterprise in the recruitment of existing in the process of the lack of long-term human resource planning, recruitment existing in the process of information asymmetry, improper selection recruitment channels and methods, problems such as recruitment process is not standard, analyzes the main reasons for these problems arise in practice, and puts forward some effective measures to circumvent the recruitment and selection processes, linked to create a competitive advantage for the long development of the enterprise, achieve the purpose of advising.
