现如今中国的服务业发展迅猛,与此同时,在服务业中占据主导位置的酒店业的发展更是如井喷式上扬。每年新开业的酒店都数不胜数。在此时期,先不考虑服务与硬件是否可以跟上节奏。员工的频繁流失,便让酒店每年都承受着十分大的压力。
离职率的居高不下让酒店的人事制度变得不稳定而且人力成本极大,逐渐成为抑制酒店发展的一大瓶颈。因此,如何去找到员工频繁流失的原因与探讨如何降低员工流失率,以及开拓新的策略来留住优秀员工对于现在的酒店业来说都有着很现实和深远的意义。
本文通过在中山永安皇冠假日酒店工作近一年期间的时事统计与分析发现,即使是国际五星级酒店,也伴随着员工离职率较高的困扰。在此笔者首先论述了行业背景,分析了是何种原因在员工频繁流失的阶段里起了主导作用。随后在员工流失的概念上做一般化的解释,同时收集了国内外的研究成果,继而开始阐述本酒店的员工频繁流失的相关情况及影响,并根据自制的“员工离职原因调查问卷表”进行了广泛的调查,归纳出导致员工频繁流失的原因。继而分析原因,并提出解决方法,帮助酒店解决难题。

Abstract

Nowadays, the service industry in China was developed so quickly. In the same time hotels is the one which has been booming  the most. The annual new opened hotels are numerous. During this period we can’t guarantee whether the services and hardware can keep up with the rhythm. But the most important reason is the high staff turnover rate. It was a great pressure for every hotel.
The hotel of human resource system become more unstable because the high employee turnover and have more recessive loss. Gradually become a major bottleneck to inhibit the development of hotels. Therefore, how to find the reason employees frequent flow and explore how to reduce employee turnover, as well as to develop new strategies to retain good employees are very realistic and far-reaching significance for the hotel industry.
Through nearly a year at the Crowne Plaza Zhongshan Wing On current affairs Statistics and Analysis found that, even international five-star hotel, accompanied plagued with high employee turnover rate. The author analyzes the reasons played a leading role in the employees frequently flow stage. Carried out an extensive survey by questionnaire. And summarize up the reason for the frequent movement of staff.
