社会比较、归因风格对大学生学业成就及幸福感的影响

大学生学业成就和幸福感是全社会非常关心的问题。本研究旨在考察社会比较、归因风格对大学生学业成就及幸福感的影响。研究通过问卷调查的方法,采用相关分析及分层回归分析的技术,结果发现,大学生学业成绩与社会比较能力、社会比较观点和内归因风格存在正相关关系;大学生幸福感与社会比较观点正相关,而与社会比较能力和外归因风格呈负相关关系。研究进一步表明,社会比较及归因风格均对大学生学业成就及幸福感有预测作用。本研究结论对大学生在校学习生活有借鉴意义,同时所得结论可以迁移到企业人力资源管理中。针对不同类型的员工采用不同人力资源政策,帮助企业真正实现“人本管理”。

ABSTRACT
The issue of college students’ academic achievement and subjective well-being has drawn more attention in society nowadays. The paper explored the relationship among social comparison、attributional styles、academic achievement and subjective well-being of college students, used questionnaire survey method and made correlation analysis and hierarchical analysis, finding out that college students’ academic achievement is positive correlated with social comparison ability、social comparison opinion and internal attributional styles; college students’ subjective well-being has positive correlation with social comparison opinion, while negative correlated with social comparison ability and external attributional styles. The results revealed that social comparison and attributional styles are supposed to predict college students academic achievement and subjective well-being.
  The conclusions could benefit college students in their school life. Meanwhile, they serve a guide for manager to implement appropriate human resource policies by better knowing employees’ traits, helping corporation make “human-oriented management” come true.
