跨国公司外派人员跨文化培训问题研究

随着经济全球化的快速发展,国际人力资源的流动越来越频繁。然而,精心挑选出来合适的外派人员后,首当其冲的问题就是为他们提供跨文化培训。那么,怎样使培训活动帮助外派人员成功适应海外环境以及顺利回国避免流失,成为一个值得跨国公司深思熟虑的问题。基于前人的研究成果,本文将整个培训过程划分为外派前、东道国任职、回任前和回任后四个时间段,就各时间段培训的必要性和培训的内容展开探讨,从而形成一个连续性的跨文化培训模式,希望借此研究为我国跨国公司实现成功外派和全球化经营提供理论上的准备。

ABSTRACT    
  With the rapid development of economic globalization, the move of international human resources is becoming more and more frequently. However, after the suitable expatriates were chose, the first problem was providing the cross-cultural training for them. And then, how to make the training activity help expatriates adapt to the oversea environment successfully and return country smoothly to avoid loss becomes a problem that the multinational enterprise need to consider deeply. Based on the results of previous studies, this paper makes the whole training process divided into four time periods, including pre-departure cross-cultural training, post-arrival cross-cultural training, pre-repatriation cross-cultural training and repatriation cross-cultural training and discusses the need for training and training content of each time period, so as to form a continuity cross-cultural training mode. And hope to take this research to provide the theoretical preparation for our multinational enterprises achieving the successful expatriation and global management.
