校园招聘存在的问题及解决对策


随着经济快速发展,企业对人才的需求不断增加;而随着教育制度的完善,毕业生的数量逐年攀升,求职大军亦在不断壮大。企业招募人才的渠道是多种多样的,其中校园招聘以其针对性强、时效性好、易于交流沟通、成功率高等优点越来越受到广大毕业生和用人单位的欢迎。本文主要通过对2013届应届毕业生的就业情况进行问卷调查,从求职者与企业、学校的角度出发,发现求职者与企业之间劳动力供需的不对称,探讨校园招聘存在的问题,并针对校园招聘存在的问题从不同的角度提出建设性的建议。

ABSTRACT


   With the development of economy and education, the number of job seekers is becoming larger. Campus recruitment is one of the channels to find the excellent employees. The campus recruitment has lots of advantages. It is not only high quality but also more convenient for managers to recruit the persons who they need. Besides, it does good to communicate with each other and it is succeed in recruitment. The passage will make a survey about the situations of employment among the undergraduates who will graduate from school. And the passage will research the problems of the campus recruitment and we will find out the reasons of the problems and come up with the methods to solve the problems.
