中国猎头发展新趋势—基于网络猎头与传统猎头的比较分析


自2006年中国人力资源网首推出“中人网猎”,网络招聘市场的“领头羊”中华英才网推出“英才网猎”起,“网络猎头”一词开始出现并活跃在猎头市场,与传统猎头争夺猎头市场的利益。在悬赏式网络猎头兴起的同时,社交网络的快速发展也带动了人力资源招聘方式的转变,改变传统猎头的工作方式,产生社交型网络猎头。本文通过对传统猎头与网络猎头的研究分析,阐述猎头在中国的发展历程与现状,对比两者的差异之处及发展趋势。面对日益竞争激烈的人才市场,两者之间是否能实现求同存异,达到共赢。

Abstract
Since 2006 China Human Resources Network first launched the”network hunting “and the leader of online recruitment market——ChinaHR also launched “ChinaHR hunting, “Network Hunting” appeared active in the headhunting market, for which competed the huge interest with the traditional hunters.At the same time,the rapid development of social networks has not only led to great change of Human Resource Recruitment,but also has changed the ways of traditional headhunting,which brought out social headhunting. In this paper,it will state the course and the status quo of headhunting development in China through comparing traditional headhunting with network hunting. Facing to an increasingly competitive talent market,whether that two can achieve common ground and win-win.
