珠三角制造业工人体面劳动现状分析—基于广深制造业企业为例

全球化浪潮下，中国制造依靠低廉的成本作为筹码，以在生产全球化的激烈竞争中赢得市场。在强大的经济增长与对外输出背后，低成本隐藏的是通过牺牲劳动者的利益为代价以换取所谓的劳动力价格上的比较优势。
在结合国内外体面劳动研究的基础上，本文以珠三角重要的劳动群体——制造业企业的工人为研究对象，选取广州、深圳两地制造业企业为研究范围，以体面劳动四项战略目标来考察广深制造业企业工人的体面劳动状况。通过对工人体面劳动状况的调查与研究，分析当前制造业工人体面劳动面临的各种问题。
为了更深入地认识理解体面劳动的现状，本文基于竞次手段分析造成当前体面劳动缺失状况的原因，并建议政府从改革收入分配制度，完善集体谈判机制以及企业强化人本观念三方面去推动体面劳动的实现。

ABSTRACT

In the globalization Made In China manages to gain market share by minimizing cost. But strong economic growth and high output are at expense of lowering laborers’ benefits to get comparative advantage in labor cost.
Based on the domestic and foreign research of decent work, Chinese huge labor groups workers in manufacturing business as research object, this paper selects manufacturing companies in Guangzhou, Shenzhen to research decent work status of manufacturing workers with the target of four strategy. Based on the survey and analysis, further investigation is done to analyze what problems have workers in manufacturing industry faced in decent work.
In order to know decent work status better, this paper, in angle of RACE TO THE BOTTOM, analyzes the reason of deficiency of decent work and suggests the government should reform the income distribution system, improve the collective bargaining mechanism and advises corporation should enhance the concept of human.
