非货币性薪酬的特点及其运用研究

【内容摘要】

非货币性薪酬的特点及其运用研究薪酬向来是经济学界与管理学界研究的重点话题,国内外对薪酬的研究已经是硕果累累。劳动者通过劳动获取报酬,从而获得生活来源。薪酬对劳动者来说是劳动力再生产的基础,是维持生计的根本。薪酬对企业来说,是成本,薪酬契约也是管理劳动者的契约。本文通过企业的激励现状揭示了现代企业激励的不足之处,同时对非货币性薪酬进行阐述,结合相关文献阐述国内外对非货币性薪酬的研究、货币性薪酬在企业中激励存在不足之处,并以自身所在实习单位——中国移动南方基地的非货币性薪酬运用为例研究非货币性薪酬的特点,并对如何改善其运用提出相关建议和意见。

ABSTRACT
Remuneration has always been the focus of the study for economists and management scholars at home and abroad, the study of this topic has been fruitful. Labors get paid through labor, to obtain source of life. Remuneration for labors is the basis of reproduction of labor power. Remuneration for enterprise is the cost. This article is based on the status quo of some enterprise’s excitation and on definition of non-monetary salary, discusses the non-monetary compensation at home and abroad, the monetary compensation in the enterprise incentive exist deficiencies, and with the China Mobile’s non-monetary salary use as an example, describe the characteristics of the non-monetary compensation, and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions on how to improve its use.
