高校教师非货币型报酬激励问题研究

当今社会的竞争是人才的竞争,而培养人才关键是抓好学校的办学质量。高校知识型员工作为高等教育的引领者,承担着为祖国未来发展培养全面发展人才的重任。因此,如何调动他们工作的积极性,挖掘他们的潜能,充分理解其开展工作内外驱动力,成为了当前许多学者探索的方向。
目前学术界针对高校教师的激励问题开展了研究,但是从非货币报酬激励的角度对其进行深入研究的还是缺乏。本文在细读了有关参考文献后,对经典激励理论以及非货币型报酬研究现状进行了梳理,采用文献资料分析法、归纳分析法、定性分析法、比较分析法、案例分析法等研究方法,尝试对高校教师的非货币型报酬激励问题进行系统的研究。
本文包括五个部分。首先是交代了写作背景、研究目的以及研究方法;然后梳理了关于知识型员工激励研究以及非货币型报酬的研究现状;接着是详细地分析了高校教师的需求特点以及剖析了他们的激励现状和存在问题;接着分析了非货币型报酬的特点以及其在高校教师中实行的必要性,并且结合案例系统阐述了非货币型报酬的内容以及实施原则;最后得出了结论以及表明了研究展望。

ABSTRACT
Competition in today's society is the talent competition, and pay special attention to the quality of school the key is to develop talent. The university knowledge workers as a leader in higher education, bears the important task to develop comprehensive development of talent for the future development of the motherland. Therefore, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of their work, to tap their potential and fully understands its work inside and outside of driving force, become many scholars to explore.
At present academia for college teacher incentive problems in conducting the research, but from the perspective of non-monetary incentives to still lack of in-depth study. After read the related references, this paper research on classical incentive theory and non monetary rewards generalizes the present situation, uses the literature material analysis, inductive analysis, qualitative analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and other research methods, attempt to teachers in colleges and universities of non monetary rewards incentives study on system problem.
This paper consists of five parts. Firstly narrates the writing background, research purpose and research methods; Then combed the research on knowledge staff incentive, and the research status of non monetary rewards; Followed by a detailed analysis of the demand characteristics of knowledge workers in colleges and universities, and analyses the existing situation and problems of incentive; Then analyses the characteristics of non monetary compensation and the necessity of its practice in college teachers, and combining with the case system discussed the content of the non monetary rewards as well as the implementation of the principle; Finally reached the conclusion and the prospect of research shows.
