幼儿挫折心理分析及挫折耐力培养对策

随着我国快步不断的发展，对人才的要求也愈来愈高，需要承受的压力，面对的挫折、挑战也愈来愈多。幼儿是七八点钟的太阳，祖国的希望，本文主要分析了幼儿挫折心理产生的原因，同时也分析了增强幼儿挫折耐力的必要性，并提出了培养策略。

Abstract: along with our country is ceaseless development, the talent requirements are also getting higher and higher, to withstand the pressure, in the face of setbacks, challenges are also more and more. Early childhood is the sun at seven or eight, the hope of the motherland. This paper analyzes the causes of child psychological setbacks it also analyzes the necessity of strengthening their frustration endurance, and puts forward the training strategy.
