论幼儿教师失范行为及干预对策

【内容摘要】

论幼儿教师失范行为及干预对策幼儿教师的失范行为主要是社会转型时期人的价值取向的转变、学前教育本身结构性矛盾、幼儿教师职业社会化的缺陷、幼儿教师的地位不一致、教师的自身的文化素质水平参差不齐等原因造成的。本文主要通过对幼儿教师的失范行为的表现与成因的研究,分析了幼儿教师的失范行为的外部原因,教师的自身内部归因,从社会、幼儿园、教师自身等方面采取一些宏观的策略加以调整和改善。

Abstract: Pre-school teachers’ anomie behavior is due to the transition of the value in the social transformation period, structural contradictions of pre-school itself, defects of occupational socialization of kindergarten teachers, inconformity of the status of kindergarten teachers, uneven cultural qualities of teachers. Via investigation and study of the manifestations and causes of pre-school teachers’ anomie behavior, this paper analyzes the external reasons of pre-school teachers’ misconducts and the internal reasons of teachers themselves, and meanwhile proposes some macro strategies for adjusting and improving from the aspect of society, kindergarten and teachers.
