基于我国家族企业选择继承人问题的探讨
随着我国社会主义经济的不断发展,中小民营企业也得到了长足的进步,然而我国的民营企业基本上是以家族企业的方式存在和发展的,随着创业一代逐渐老去,80后的二代开始走进公众视野,家族企业的接班问题已经凸显在众多家族制企业中间,成为亟待解决的重要问题,那么怎样才能让我国的家族企业完成创业一代到二代接班的过程,摆脱家族企业“富不过三代”的怪圈,这是摆在我国家族企业面前的一大关键问题。本文将从我国家族企业接班人发展的现状,家族企业接班模式,以及家族企业选择接班人面临的问题和解决的措施来为我国家族企业未来接班发展提供必要的参考和理论依据,以更好地促进我国家族企业的发展,改变家族企业生命周期较短的现状。
