英语商务洽谈中的跨文化沟通问题研究

随着中国入世和经济全球化进程的加速，我国在各个领域的对外交流活动日益增多。中国企业在与外商的交流过程中，不可避免地会遇到跨文化沟通问题，导致沟通受挫，交流不畅，谈判失败。本文以此为切入点，主要研究英语商务洽谈中的跨文化沟通问题，围绕商务英语的语言特点，商务洽谈技巧，英语商务洽谈中的主要问题及对策展开。旨在提高谈判技巧，促进国际交流。

STUDY ON INTERCULTURE COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH BUSINESS NEGOTIATION

    Abstract: With China's accession to the WTO and the acceleration of economic globalization, our international exchange activities in various fields are increasing. Chinese enterprises in the process of dealing with foreigners, will inevitably encounter inter-cultural communication problems, resulting in communication frustration, poor communication, failure of the negotiations. Aiming at improving negotiating skills, and promoting the international communication, this paper takes this as the point, analyzes Business English language features, the basic skills of negotiation, the culture difference on English business negotiation and how to deal with the problems of the cultural differences in negotiation.
