【内容摘要】

关于中小企业员工培训的研究
随着我国市场经济的高速发展,中小企业的竞争主要体现在人才的竞争,而企业获得人才的渠道无外乎是从人才市场上招聘和对现有人员进行培训。对中小企业而言,由于其相对弱势的地位及其相对有限的资源,在人才市场上很难吸引到足够的高素质人才来满足自身发展的需要。因此员工培训自然就成为企业打造核心竞争力的重要手段。本文从员工培训的现状出发,详尽分析了中小企业员工培训所存在的问题,并在这一系列问题原因的基础上,又针对性地提出了一些解决问题的对策和建议。

A Research on the Staff Training of Small and
Medium Enterprises
 
Abstract: With the rapid development of market economy, the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises mainly bodies  in the talent competition, and the channel of enterprises getting talents is nothing less than recruitment from talent market and training to the existing staff. For Small and Medium Enterprises, because of its relatively weak position and its relatively limited resources, it is very difficult to attract enough high-quality talent to meet their development needs in the job market. Therefore, staff training will naturally become an important means of core competition. This paper introduces the status quo of staff training, analyzes the detailed problems of the SME staff training and puts forward some specific measures and suggestions to solve the problem based on the cause.
