珠三角地区地方政府政务微博的发展研究

目前，互联网的新型即时通信、微博等手机应用正迅猛发展，成为中国民众传播和接收信息的重要平台。根据新浪2012年第一季度财政报告显示，新浪微博平台用户数已达到4.25亿。微博正以迅猛的速度发展成为主流的网络媒体，凭借其短、及时、快等优势已成为独特的“网络舆论场”，在推动社会突发事件的传播、引导和设置公共议题、为公众提供服务、带动公共舆论等方面发挥着积极的作用。同时越来越多政府机构、官员开通了微博，将其作为政府信息公开、为人民服务、政民互动的途径，“微博问政”渐渐成为民众的热点和政府的趋势，但政务微博发展过程中也存在不少问题。本文首先对珠三角地区政务微博发展的现状进行梳理，然后结合具体城市和微博个案分析其发展特征和所存在的问题，并提出相应的对策，以其对珠三角地区政务微博的发展有所裨益。
