对跨文化商务谈判中无效沟通的研究


由于商业的全球化,文化的多样化程度在商务活动中与日俱增。来自不同国家的人都要跨越文化界沟进行团队合作。不同的国家,不同的民族,其所处地理环境、历史背景、宗教信仰不同,形成了各具特色的生活方式、民族传统和风俗习惯。因此文化差异不仅会影响到谈判双方对各种言行举止的运用和解释,而且会影响谈判者的思考方式和各自的价值观念,并且会下意识地把这些概念带到谈判桌面上来,致使谈判复杂化。因为存在着差异性,所以应当采取不同的沟通方式与技巧。本文探讨了文化差异内涵及无效沟通在商务谈判中所造成的问题,同时提出了相应的解决建议。目的旨在培养谈判者的跨文化的交际意识和能力,提高谈判者语言综合运用能力,促使商务谈判的成功。

Research on Inefficient Communication in
 Cross-cultural Business Negotiation

Abstract

With political and economic globalization,international trade is accelerating,and the business negotiation is becoming more and more frequent.However,because of the cultural differences in different nations or regions,some unnecessary misunderstandings between negotiators frequently appear,which influences the business negotiation process and even the outcomes of negotiation.As a result,studying the cultural differences has become an indispensable part in business negotiation. This article will analyze the problem that is caused by the inefficient cross-cultural communication and the reason that causes the inefficient cross-cultural communication. Then, the article will relatively propose solution to the inefficient cross-cultural communication in the negotiation. The objective is to cultivate negotiator’s cross-cultural awareness and ability,to improve negotiator’s comprehensive ability of language,and to make business negotiation successful.
