论合作原则在国际商务谈判口译中的应用
随着中国改革开放和全球化进程的推进, 商务口译在中外交流及合作中起着至关重要的作用。作为国际商务交往一种重要的手段, 商务谈判是国家间贸易关系建立的基石。商务谈判中, 口译员作为信息传递者、促进者, 他们需要对谈判口译所涉及的互动性、文化顺应、纠纷处理和精确细节有所了解, 将口译原则铭记在心, 使得谈判能取得最佳效果。
本文以国际商务谈判口译为研究对象, 以格赖斯会话合作原则为理论指导, 旨在丰富国际商务谈判口译策略研究。本文一方面对国际商务谈判口译及合作原则主要内容进行概述, 探析了合作原则在商务谈判口译中的可适用性; 另一方面,采用例证研究的方法, 用格赖斯会话合作原则对国际商务谈判口译实例进行分析, 指出合作原则的遵守在商务谈判口译中具有普遍适用性, 能够保证谈判口译内容的通顺、忠实与完整。

On the Application of the Cooperative Principle to Interpretation of International Business Negotiation
Abstract
With the advancement of China’s reform and opening-up and the acceleration of economic globalization, business interpreting has inevitably played a vital role in international business communication, serving as a cornerstone to the success of business cooperation establishment between different countries. In this case, negotiation interpretation determines to a certain extent the smoothness of negotiation, and meanwhile is faced with daunting challenges. In business negotiations, interpreters shall act as a message-transmitter and a facilitator, which calls for a comprehensive knowledge of the interpreter on negotiation interpreting characteristics and principles so as to successfully hold the whole situation and promote the result of negotiation.
This paper studies interpretation in international business negotiation, and takes Cooperative Principle as theoretical guidance to enrich the strategies of interpretation in international business negotiation. The paper, on the one hand, overviews the interpretation in international business negotiation and the Cooperative Principle, and presents the feasibility of integrated study on interpretation in international business negotiation and the Cooperative Principle. On the other hand, the paper combines specific examples of interpretation in international business negotiation with the Cooperative Principle, and demonstrates that the observation of the Cooperative Principle ensures the clear and coherent expression of ideas in a faithful and integral manner.
