幼儿教师自我评价现状调查


我国在2001年9月颁布的《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中对教育评价做出了确切的解释,并明确指出幼儿园教育工作的评价要以幼儿教师自评为主,其他评价方法积极参与。幼儿教师评价主体地位得到了保证,但是,幼儿教师对自我评价的内容是否已经认识清晰呢?通过此次调查,笔者从教育目标、教育态度与意识、教育组织等三个方面发现,现阶段幼儿教师对自我评价在教育目标方面认识比较清楚,能保持端正的教育工作态度和意识,但在教学实践过程中仍然存在理论不能联系实际进行灵活运用、教学手法保守、不敢大胆创新等问题,进而从教师自身、学校和社会等各层面提出解决问题的建议。
    The "Outline of kindergarten Education” (for trial implementation) promulgated in September, 2001 defined the meaning of education evaluation, and pointed out that it should be achieved by the form of self-evaluation of teachers combining others evaluation methods. Teachers have realized the importance of self-evaluation, but had they any idea of the essence of it? This survey studies teachers’ education aims, education attitude and awareness, education organizations. And the result demonstrates that teachers comprehend well awareness in the education goals and have a positive attitude towards teaching, but they remain rigid and conservative in practice, thus then find proper solutions from the society, the school and themselves.
