企业人力资源管理中的激励问题


随着经济的发展,人力资源不再是一种企业成本,而是一种企业资源。企业要发展、要强大,要想在竞争中处于不败之地,就必须做好人力资源管理。经过实践证明,激励问题是企业人力资源管理中的重要问题,它作为一种战略性资源,已成为企业发展的关键因素,怎样才能最大限度地发挥员工的作用,重点是要考虑对员工的激励问题。如何将对员工的激励与薪酬体系挂钩,从而真正地实现员工绩效考核的系统化,精确化,制度化,是企业面临的严峻问题。文章以此为出发点,分析企业员工的需要特征与激励理论之间的关系,并提出了企业在人力资源管理中如何做好激励管理的建议。
    文章共分三个章节。第一章讨论为什么要在企业人力资源管理中引入激励,这样做的作用是什么;第二章介绍三种著名的激励理论,包括马斯洛的需要层次理论,赫兹伯格的双因素理论以及亚当斯的公平理论,再分别探讨每种理论与企业员工的需求特征之间的关系;第三章基于前两章提出对员工的激励对策与建议。说明激励措施对于做好企业中的人力资源管理工作具有重要影响。

An analysis on the Incentive of Human Resource Management of Enterprises
                          
Abstract

     With the development of economy, human resource is not a cost any more. It is a kind of enterprise resources. Enterprises should be good at human resource management if they want to be the No.1 in the competition. Practice has proved that incentive is important in the human resource management of enterprises. Incentive, as a strategic resource, has become a key factor in enterprises' development. How to maximize the role of employees? We must think about the incentive. How to link the incentive system and the reward system and then truly realize the systematic precise and institutionalized evaluation of employees' performance? The paper is based on this theme, and analyzes the relationship between demand characteristics of employees and incentive theory, strategies and recommendations on employee motivation. 
     The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first section talks about the need to introduce motivation into human resource management of enterprises. The second one introduced three famous incentive theories. Maslow's Need Hierarchy Theory, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, Adams' Equity Theory, and then studies the relationship between each theory and demand characteristics of employees. The last chapter based on the first two sections, shows that incentive measures play an important role in human resource management in enterprises.
