中美商务谈判风格比较研究


随着我国加入世界贸易组织,中外之间的交流变得越来越频繁,与各国之间的经贸谈判也越来越多,尤其是与美国。商务谈判风格是商务谈判中的一个重要的因素。为了能够与美国更好地进行贸易上的外来,中美商务谈判风格的比较研究是非常重要的。两国在谈判关系的建立,决策程序和决策结构,时间观念, 沟通方式,对合同的态度,礼节,策略和谈判目标等方面都有其各自的特点。与美国商人做生意时,我们应该相应地使用不同的谈判策略。因为不同地区的美国人在行为处事上都有或多或少的差别,所以针对美国的不同地区应采取不同的谈判风格。我们要汲取不同国家、民族和地区谈判风格中优秀的东西,拿来为我所用,减少失误或避免损失,进而形成自己的谈判风格,或使自己的谈判风格更加完善、完美。

A Comparative Study on Business Negotiation Style between America and China

Abstract

After our country’s participation in the WTO, the intercourses between China and foreign countries are more and more frequent and there are also more and more trade negotiations with other countries, especially with America. Business negotiation style is a key element in the business negotiation. In order to trade with America well, it is important to study the comparison of business negotiation style between America and China. Both of the two countries have their own characteristics in the aspect of the establishment of negotiation relationship, decision-making process and decision structure, time, the way of communication, attitudes towards contract, formality, strategies and negotiation goals etc.. When doing business with American businessmen, we should use different negotiation styles relevantly. Since Americans in different regions have more or less differences in ways of doing things, different negotiation styles should be used towards different parts of America. We should absorb excellent things of negotiation styles in different countries, nations and regions to reduce errors and avoid losses so as to form our own negotiation styles or make our negotiation styles more perfect.
