在主观因素和客观因素的综合影响下,将呈现积极的就业心理和消极的就业心理的两种状态。大学毕业生就业的成功与否,不仅取决于其专业能力、道德素养、文化素养等方面,同时也取决于毕业生的就业心理状况和心理调适能力,我们将通过对大学生就业心理的分析,使毕业生了解影响就业的心理因素,积极做好就业心理准备,及时调整不良的就业心态。学生就业心理的分析,并对消极就业心理状态进行调试,将会使大学生在竞争日益激烈的就业中多一分把握,多一分成熟与自信。帮助毕业生在就业市场实现顺利就业的目的。
