中英文化差异对两国商务谈判的影响


随着中国加入世界贸易组织,我国的经济飞速发展,我国与世界各国的商务交往越来越频繁。最近几年,中英两国交往密切,两国之间建立了友好且长期稳定的商务关系,经常开展商务谈判活动。值得注意的是国际商务谈判与一般的谈判活动不同,谈判人员均来自不同的国家,有着不同的文化背景和风俗习惯。因此本文立足于中英文化视角,详细地分析了不同文化下不同的思维方式、价值观、交流方式、谈判风格、商务礼仪对两国商务谈判的影响。从而为国际商务谈判的参与人员提供理论参考,使他们更加关注文化差异,避免因文化冲突造成不必要的误会,使商务谈判活动更加直接和高效。

Abstract

With the rapid economic development in China, our country has more and more business contacts with other countries. In recent years, China and the Britain have formed friendly and long-term stable business relations and they often hold business negotiations. International business negotiation is different from most general negotiations, the negotiators are from different countries and they have different culture background. This dissertation gains a foothold to Chinese-English cultural angle of view, analyses the influence of the difference of thinking, communication, negotiation style and etiquette under different culture on two countries’ business negotiations. Thereby, it is necessary to offer theory reference for international business negotiators so as to let them pay more attention to cultural difference and let the negotiation more aim directly with higher efficiency.
