长潭陂水电站战略管理研究

摘  要
                           
广东地处热带、亚热带季风气候区,雨量充沛,多年平均降雨量为1,730毫米;中、小河流众多,小水电资源较丰富。水电站是可循环再生的绿色清洁能源,不会使资源枯竭,也不会污染自然环境,它的生态效益明显。粤北韶关是广东地区小水电最多的城市,韶关长潭陂水电站对当地的经济发展起到了一定的促进作用,但随着时代的变迁,长潭陂水电站的发展遇到了一些瓶颈,阻碍了企业的进一步发展。通过对韶关长潭陂水电站经行分析,为企业制定切实可行的战略,指导企业的日常管理,解决企业所遇到的问题,促进企业又好又快发展。
本文共分为四章。
第一章是理论综述。介绍了选题的背景和研究的意义,以及研究的相关理论和方法。
第二章分析长潭陂水电站的发展现状以及发展过程中遇到的问题。
第三章利用SWOT和波特五力对长潭陂水电站进行分析。
第四章基于SWOT分析对韶关长潭陂水电站的对策与建议,包括增长型战略、扭转型战略、多元化经营战略和防御型战略。

Abstract
                                          
Guangdong is located in tropical and subtropical monsoon climate, abundant rainfall, average annual rainfall of 1,730 mm; rich, small rivers, a number of small hydropower resources. Hydropower is a green clean energy can be recycled, does not make resource depletion, but also does not pollute the natural environment, its ecological benefits. Shaoguan in northern Guangdong city of the Guangdong region of small hydropower, has played a certain role in promoting the Shaoguan Changtan Pei hydropower station on the local economic development, but with the changing times, Changtan Pei Hydropower development has encountered a number of bottlenecks and impede further development.Line analysis, the Shaoguan Changtan Pei Hydropower for enterprises to develop practical strategies to guide the day-to-day management of the enterprise, to solve the problems encountered by enterprises, to promote good and fast development.

    Chapter III, SWOT and Porter's five forces analysis Changtan Pei Hydropower.
    Chapter based on SWOT analysis countermeasures and suggestions on the Shaoguan Changtan Pei Hydropower, including growth strategy, to reverse the strategy, and diversification strategies and defensive strategies.
