绿色贸易壁垒对吉林省农产品出口的影响

摘 要
近年来，为达到保护贸易的目的，发达国家凭借他们在科技、管理、资金及环保方面的优势，推出了一种新的非关税壁垒即绿色壁垒，使我省的农产品出口受到严重冲击。在这种情况下，具体分析绿色壁垒对我省农产品出口贸易的影响，具有重大的现实意义。
本文对我省农产品的出口市场，出口业绩进行了阐述。指出绿色贸易壁垒对我省农产品出口的影响如下：提高了吉林省农产品出口的难度、削弱了吉林省农产品的竞争力、使吉林省农产品出口成本上升、使农产品国际市场的开拓难度加大等。进而结合大量案例对我省农产品出口遭受绿色壁垒的原因进行了深入分析。并结合我省农产品生产的实际情况提出了我省企业突破绿色壁垒的多种应对措施。例如：加强农业生态环境保护、加强农业生态建设和完善农产品安全管理法规，打造知名绿色品牌等。

Green trade barriers on exports of agricultural products in Jilin Province
Abstract
In recent years, the developed countries introduce a new non-tariff barrier that is the Green Barrier to protect their trade by their technology, management, financial and environmental advantages. So our province's agricultural exports have been seriously affected. In this case, the specific analysis of the green barriers on exports of agricultural products in our province trade has great practical significance.
This article described on the province's agricultural export markets and export performance. Point out that the green trade barriers on exports of agricultural products in our province are as follows:  increased the difficulty of agricultural exports of Jilin Province, weakened the competitiveness of agricultural products, rising the cost of agricultural exports of Jilin Province, lead more difficulty to open the international market of agricultural products and so on. And then analysis the in-depth reasons of our province green barriers in agricultural exports combined with a large number of cases. Put forward a variety of measurements to break through the green barriers combined with the actual situation of agricultural production in our province. For example:  strengthen the agro-ecological environmental protection, strengthen the establishment of agro-ecological and improve the management regulations of the safety of agricultural products, create well-known Green-brands.
