小学语文特级教师与普通教师课堂倾听行为的对比研究


摘    要
教师课堂倾听行为是指教师在课堂教学过程中接受学生所表达的口头和非语言信息,确定其含义并进行反馈的行为。本文从观察小学语文特级教师与普通教师的课堂入手,结合问卷调查法、文献法,探讨小学语文特级教师与普通教师课堂倾听行为基本特征并做对比分析,并尝试为普通教师,特别是新教师提出若干建议。


Abstract
Teacher’s behavior of listening in the classroom means receiving the verbal and nonverbal expression of information from students, determining the meaning of the act and giving feedback in the process of classroom teaching. The article starts from the observation of the classes of the special-grade and the ordinary primary Chinese teacher, combines with questionnaires and literature method, discusses and conducts comparative analysis of the basic features of the special-grade and the ordinary primary Chinese teacher’ behaviors of listening in the classroom and tries to propose a number of suggestions ,especially for new teachers.
