摘  要
   
企业要发展,人才是关键,人力资本被视为企业最宝贵的财富,要想更好维护和发挥人力资源的潜能,有效的绩效考核是一条重要的途径。我国民营企业在人才管理方面存在先天性的不足,因此有效引进360绩效考核对民营企业的发展有着至关重要的作用。
本文首先从360度绩效考核的相关概念出发,系统的介绍了360绩效考核。紧接着文章分析了中国民营企业的绩效现状及在什么情况下引进360度绩效考核最为合适,提出了在引进360绩效考核时遇到的问题包括:中外文化差异,考评目标不明确,指标体系缺乏针对性,匿名式考评引发结果的不客观、不公正等。文章最后针对以上问题提出了相应的对策包括:事先诊断企业的适应性,做好考评前的准备工作,设计合理的考评指标体系,定性与定量并重,做好评价结果反馈等。

Abstract
 
  Enterprises should develop, the talent is the key, manpower capital is regarded as the most precious fortune of the enterprise, in order to better safeguard and develop the potential of manpower resource, effective performance evaluation is an important way. China's private enterprises in the talent management of congenital deficiency, so the effective introduction of the 360 performance evaluation on the development of private enterprises play a very important role.
  This paper from the 360 degree performance appraisal of the related concepts, the  system introduced 360 degree performance appraisal. Then the article analyzes the performance of private enterprises in China the status and under what circumstances the introduction of 360 degree performance appraisal is most appropriate, presented in the introduction of 360 performance appraisal of encountered problems include: the cultural differences between Chinese and foreign, appraisal target is not clear, index system lack of pertinence, anonymous assessment triggered result is not objective, impartial and so on. Finally, in view of the above problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures include: prior to diagnosis of the adaptability of the enterprise, do the preparatory work before the evaluation, design and reasonable evaluation index system, the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of both, good result feedback.
  Because of my lack of theory and practice, this paper still exists a lot of discomfort after further study, hope, continue to improve, make their own will be able to in private enterprise performance evaluation theory to achieve greater progress.
