浅析员工跳槽
摘 要
员工跳槽是目前我国企业面临的普遍问题。这一问题已严重阻碍了企业的进一步发展。进入21世纪,知识经济的浪潮把人才放在各类竞争力的顶端,而愈演愈烈的国际人才争夺战也使得企业把人力资源作为企业的基础,积极的吸引人才、开发人才和留住人才。随着企业内外环境的变化,对于那些在不合理的员工跳槽限度内的企业,过多的内部员工跳槽必然给企业带来伤害。因此,如何改变员工跳槽严重的现状已成为我国企业在发展过程中亟待解决的问题。本文在充分肯定人力资源以及人力资源管理重要性的基础上,对我国企业员工跳槽的现状、员工跳槽的自身原因、员工跳槽的企业方面的原因、员工跳槽给企业带来的有利以及不利的影响、员工跳槽的对策这几个方面进行了分析,并指出了企业在人力资源管理过程中,如何采取有效措施,以解决员工跳槽问题。

ABSTRACT
The staff changes job is the universal question which the present our country enterprise faces. This question has seriously hinder enterprise’s further development. Entering the 21st century, the knowledge economy tide puts the talented person on each kind of competitive ability peak, but the increasingly fierce international talented person contest also make the human resource of the enterprise as the enterprise’s basic foundation. The enterprises attract talented person, develops the talented person and detains the talented person. Along with the enterprise inside and outside the environment change, to the enterprises whose staff change job in the unreasonable range, excessively internal staff change job inevitably bring the injury to the enterprise. Therefore, how to change the phenomenon which internal staff change job seriously has become our country enterprise’s problem which urgently awaits in the developing process to be solved. Based on the full affirmation human resources as well as the human resources management’s important foundation, the article analysis the present situation of the staff change job in our country enterprise, the staff’s own reasons, and the reasons which brought by the enterprises, the influence in both side of advantage and disadvantage, how to solve the problem of the staff change job and point out in the process of human resource management, how to take the active action, solve the problem of staff’s serious change job.
