大学生思想政治教育与情商的培养

摘  要

随着新一代大学生进入高校，全国各高校迎来了“90后”这一代极具特色的青年，高校思想政治教育面临了全新的挑战。为了顺利开展高校思想政治教育，了解新一代新生的心理特征、价值取向、人生观念显得尤为重要。在继承和发扬传统的基础上，需要与时俱进，积极探索与新形势相适应的高校思想政治教育新途径。情商作为当代大学生适应社会发展变化所需的要素，当代大学生情商的培养显得十分重要，高校要意识到情商在学生学习和生活中扮演的重要角色，重视大学生情商的培养。文章探讨当代高校大学生思想政治教育和情商培养的状况，针对现状提出自己的观点和建议，希望思想政治教育随时代的发展有所变化和进步，情商教育可以得到社会各界的重视并且提高高校大学生的情商

The ideological and political education and EQ Education of College Students

Abstract

Along with new student entry college who to be born after 90 century,the ideological and political education are meeting a new great challenges.For successfully to start the ideological & political education,I think the more importance is to find out the undergraduate’s mental characteristic,the values development and philosophy.In to inherit and carry forward the traditional basis,we need to look out the way which is advance with the times and is suiting the new situation.EQ as an essential for university students,having a high EQ is getting more and more important ,particularly in the colleges . The colleges are aware of that EQ is playing an important role in students’life and and to train consciously.The essay explores the condition about the ideological & political education and EQ education.I try to advice from the current situation.Hope the ideological & political education with the development of The Times change and progress, EQ education can get the attention of the society from all walks of life and improve university students' emotional intelligence.
