对我国发展基础设施资产证券化的研究

摘  要：资产证券化融资的基础是具有可预期的稳定现金流入的资产，这对于流动性较差的经营性基础设施存量资产是一种较好的变现方式。本文将资产证券化与基础设施项目相结合，通过对我国发展基础设施资产证券化融资的可行性的研究，分析探讨具体的融资模式及目前我国发展基础设施资产证券化融资的主要障碍并提出相应对策。
