股票期权在企业高管激励中的运用

摘要
本文从股票期权激励制度运用现状分析入手，先讨论其存在对现代企业、公司高管以及全社会发展的意义，再对使用过程中暴露出的一些弊端分点陈述，深入分析其原因，并根据原因提出在制度制定以及使用等方面的建议。最后，结合国情探讨股票期权激励制度在中国发展的相关问题。

The Use of Stock Options for Senior Executive Directors in the Company
ABSTRACT
This paper will be started by analyzing the devolopment of stock option incentive system in the modern days,first of all,it discuss how its existence contribute to mordern enterprise,senior executive directors and the whole society.Secondly,it state the weekness exposed in the process of utilizing the stock option incentive system,and in-depth analysis of the reason why there is some weekness in that system,and then present some suggestion about the system designed and its useness according to the reason acquired.Lastly,it investgate the problem which relate to the development of stock option incentive system in China.
