摘  要
我国相关的研究者指出,人力资源管理从80年代确立至今,已经历了近20年的发展。我们的社会正在结束所谓的后工业社会而迈入知识经济社会。组织赖以生存的外部环境和组织的竞争方式也正进行着悄无声息但却深入持久地变革,组织的各种管理职能必须应潮流,不断改变自身以应对正在改变着的世界。在这种形势下,人力资源管理也已经成为企业最重要的只能环节,只有人得以充分合理的运用,企业才会获得平稳,发展。
本文在研读大量国内外人力资源相关文献的基础上,从企业人力资源管理部工作细节入手,深入调查人力资源部的现状以及出现的问题,结合现代国有企业人力资源管理特点及人力资源管理相关理论,对国华投资有限公司人力资源部所出现的管理问题进行分析与研究,并运用成功人力资源管理模式,如建立大人力资源系,将人力资源转换为人力资本等,达到解决当前国华投资有限公司人力资源管理工作中的问题,实现企业可持续发展的目标。

The exterior environment that organization rely for existence and organization of the competition method is also carry on to silently have no voice interest but go deep in to hold out for long time change, organize of various management working talent have to continuously change in response to the current the oneself is change by reply of world. Under this kind of situation, human resource's manage has already become the most important of business enterprise as well can link, only person can well reasonable usage, the business enterprise would acquire steady, development.
This text is in studying in great quantities the foundation of the collection of human resource at home and abroad, the detail commences from the management Dept. work of business enterprise human resource, inquire into the present condition of human resource department and the problem for appear, combine modern and state owned management characteristics of business enterprise human resource and human resource to manage related theories, to national prosperity investment the management problem appear by limited company human resource department carry on analysis and study, and make use of a successful human resource management style, if build up big human resource to fasten, convert human resource behavior dint capital etc., attain to resolve current national prosperity an investment limited company human resource a management a problem within work, carry out the business enterprise can keep on the target of development.
