绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品贸易的影响及对策

摘 要：当前，在国际贸易中，随着关税的减免或技术性贸易壁垒的减弱，绿色贸易壁垒已成为最重要的壁垒之一。本文先从含义，表现形式和特点三方面阐述了绿色贸易壁垒的理论，并论述了绿色贸易壁垒的起因及发展趋势。结合我国农产品进出口贸易总体情况的分析，在正确理解绿色贸易壁垒的基础上，分析其对我国农产品进出口贸易的积极和消极影响，并从政府、行业、企业这三个方面提出突破绿色贸易壁垒的对策。

The Impact and Response of The Green Trade Barriers To Our Agricultural Products
Abstract: At Present, with the customs duty reduces or technical trade barrier weakening, the green trade barriers have become one of the most important barriers in the international trade. This article first from the meaning, the manifestation and the characteristic these three aspects elaborated the green trade barriers theory, and elaborated the cause and the development tendency of the green trade barriers. And analysis the overall situation of our country’s agricultural product import-export trade, in the base of correct understanding the green trade barrier, then analyzes it to be positive and the negative effect to our country’s agricultural product import-export trade, and from the government, the profession, the enterprise these three aspects proposes the way of breakthrough the green trade barrier.
