星级酒店人力资源管理瓶颈——以京都酒店为例


摘  要
    酒店是以人为中心的行业,在酒店资源中,最重要的是人力资源,酒店业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人力资源是酒店持续发展的动力,因此就涉及到酒店的人力资源管理问题。酒店人力资源管理是一项非常重要的工作,做好人力资源管理能最大程度地降低酒店的成本,提升工作效率,增加酒店效益,提升酒店在市场中的竞争能力,同时还能提高企业的信誉度,树立良好的企业形象。但是在当前,我国星级酒店业的发展态势并不是很乐观,归根结底是酒店人力资源管理方面出现了问题,所以探讨这个问题显得尤为的重要与急迫,对我国酒店业的竞争和发展具有极其重要意义。本文将对星级酒店在人力资源管理方面所遭遇的瓶颈进行分析,并同时提出相应的解决措施,最后以京都酒店作为案例,对上述措施进行现实性地验证,期望有助于促进中国星级酒店及酒店业的健康、快速发展。

ABSTRACT
Among the hotel resources,the most important one is the human resource,The competition of hotel industry,in the final analysis,is the competition of talents,the human resources are the continual development power of hotel industry,so this involves the issues of hotel human resource management.Hotel human resource management is an important job,by doing it well,we can reduce the costs of hotels,improving working efficiency,increasing profits of hotels,promoting the power of competition in the trades,at the same time ,promoting the reputation and fostering a good and healthy company images.At present,however,the development of hotels in our country is not optimistic,shortly speaking,there are some problems in the management of human resources.So,it is an important and emergent action to discuss this issue,and also,it has a positive significance for hotels' competition and development.In this paper,I just analyse the bottlenecks suffered by hotels and then put forward some corresponding measures,at last,illustrate a hotel to test these measures.What I hope is to do some help for the development of hotels by fast and healthy.
