顺应论视野下的跨文化商务谈判

摘要:在世界各国、各地区之间的经济贸易往来更加频繁和密切的今天,人们越来越多地需要进行相互的交流与合作,参加各种各样的国际商务活动。这些国际商务活动通常是伴随着谈判来进行的,谈判已成为国际商务活动不可或缺的组成部分。跨文化商务谈判如此重要,而实现其顺利完成是一个有强烈现实意义的研究课题。本文以Verschueren的顺应论为切入点,着重研究了跨文化商务谈判的语用失误问题,尝试为跨文化商务谈判研究提供一个新的研究视角。本文立足顺应论并结合词汇学、句法学及社会语言学,对交际语境进行动态研究。目的是分

Cross-cultural Business Negotiation:
An Adaptation Approach
Abstract: Nowadays, the economic and trade exchanges between countries become more and more frequent. There is an increasing need for mutual exchanges, cooperation, and participate in a wide range of international business activities. These international business activities are usually carried out along with the negotiations, and which have become an integral part of the international business activities. Cross-cultural business negotiations are so important that its successful completion is of great significance. This paper studies pragmatic failure in cross-cultural business negotiation from the perspective of language use by applying the Adaptation Theory of Verschueren. Based on the Adaptation Theory, this article tries to investigate the dynamic context in combination with lexicology, syntax and sociolinguistics. This thesis aims at showing how business negotiators adapt sounds, words, stress, verbal and nonverbal language to the context on the negotiation occasions by analyzing some linguistic phenomena in cross-cultural business negotiation
