房地产企业税负水平衡量与分析

摘要
随着房价的高涨，房价问题成了广大人们关注的问题。本文介绍了房地产企业所涉及的主要税种，并用实证分析的方法衡量与分析我国房地产上市公司的税负水平，对房地产企业的税负水平进行评价。最后，本文也介绍了关于房地产企业的税务筹划方法。

Abstract
This paper introduces the mainly tax categories about real estate enterprise. It uses the positive analysis to measure the tax level in real estate enterprise, and evaluates the tax level of real estate enterprise. Finally, the paper introduces the tax planning about real estate enterprise.
