供应链管理下企业物流合理化研究

摘  要

供应链管理作为一种新的管理方式逐渐被现代企业所接受。供应链管理思想对链上企业的物流活动提出了新的要求。它要求企业的物流活动要以合作竞争为理念，通过企业间的信息共享，实现物流活动的协同管理，达到物流活动运作高效率的目的，从而形成以物流连接为纽带，以效率提升为目的的竞争联盟。但是，采用供应链管理战略的企业，在战略实施过程中面临着许多问题如：传统的物流观念落后、选择何种具体战略不明晰、物流从业人员素质低、信息传输与物流运输适应性差、物流标准化建设程度低等一系列的问题，使企业无法满足供应链管理的要求。企业应正确把握供应链管理的内涵，从自身出发分析企业自身存在的这些问题，并有针对性地从观念、战略、人员、组织、技术几个方面进行解决，寻求企业物流的合理化，以达到适应供应链管理发展的要求。

ABSTRACT

The supply chain management is accepted gradually as a new management way by modern enterprises. The supply chain management theory set the new request to physical distribution activities of enterprises on the chain. It requests the enterprises to take competitions with the idea of cooperation to realize physical distribution activity coordination management and achieve the high efficiency goals of the physical distribution activities through enterprise's information sharing, thus forms a competition alliance with the link of physical distribution connection and the goal of efficiency promotion. But, the enterprises which use the supply chain management strategy is facing many questions in the strategy implementation. For example: traditional physical distribution idea backwardness; concrete strategic choice undefined; the physical distribution jobholders’ low quality; bad compatibility of the intelligence transmission and the physical distribution transportation, the low degree of physical distribution standardization, and so on. These problems cause the enterprise unable to satisfy the requests of the supply chain management. Hence the enterprises should grasp the connotation of the supply chain management, analysis these questions from itself, and carry on the solutions from the idea, strategic, personnel, organizational and technical aspects to seek the rationalization of the enterprises’ physical distribution, thus adapt the development requests of supply chain management.
