基于ERP的质量控制系统在xx医药试剂产品公司的建设和应用

企业尤其是制造型企业面临着众多的竞争对手，而且随着经济全球化进程的加快会越来越直接的面对更多的国际竞争对手。无论是为了扩大市场份额或持续稳固地占有市场，企业都必须在以下几个方面狠下功夫：比竞争对手更加灵活快速地响应瞬息万变的市场需求；不断降低成本，提高效率；以最有竞争力的价格、最短的交货期和令用户满意的产品和服务质量去争取客户。企业要想获得上述竞争优势，实施企业资源计划(ERP)是企业的走向成功的一条必由之路。
本文通过详尽地介绍xx生物医药有限公司在过去的几年中实施和应用EPR系统的过程、经验和教训，提出了包括质量检化验控制、质量判定控制、质量跟踪控制和质量统计控制的基于ERP系统的质量控制系统方案。并通过金碟K/3的BOS定制功能实现了该系统。使企业的各种业务流程做到无缝隙链接，为企业提高竞争力打下坚实的基础。
本文首先介绍了企业信息化的基本概念以及企业信息化的重要性和紧迫性，然后对企业实施ERP的一般过程进行了归纳。本文的重点是通过分析xx生物医药（杭州）有限公司实施和应用ERP系统的实施现状和实施过程，以及通过对OEM生产模式下xx生物医药有限公司质量信息系统建设的需求分析，提出解决当前ERP实施瓶颈，实现ERP完整实施和应用的对策，系统实现了对该企业质量信息数据采集整理，完成质量检化验、跟踪、判定、统计等功能。尤其对质量跟踪功能做出了优化和改进，贯彻了企业质量管理制度，弥补生产过程中的质量盲点，给企业的生产提供有力保障。同时本文阐述的适用于小批量多品种生产企业的质量系统的信息集成，对小批量多品种生产企业实施和应用ERP系统有一定的借鉴作用。

Construction and Application in the company of ABON
Abstract
Enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises face many competitors, and along with the accelerated process of economic globalization will be more direct and face more international counterpart. In order to expand market share, or continue to firmly hold the market, enterprises must make great efforts in the following areas: flexibility and fast response to changing market demands; to continuously reduce costs and improve efficiency; with the most competitive price, shortest delivery period and the satisfaction of users of the product and service quality to win customers. To obtain the above-mentioned companies a competitive advantage, implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the business the only way to success.
An ERP quality control system which including the quality control inspection and analysis system, the quality judgment system, the quality tracking system and quality control statistics system were raised through introducing and analysis the process, methods, experience and lecture of what ABON Biopharm used and experienced during implementing and using ERP systems in past several year to achieve seamless connections of all business processes in the enterprise and from a solid base of raising competitive ability. The system was realized by the customization features of Kingdee K/3 BOS.
This thesis first introduces the basic concepts of ERP and the importance and urgency of the enterprise information technology, and then summarized the general business process of ERP implementation。The thesis is focus on the ERP implementation status and the implementation process analysis of ABON in the past several years, and also through the quality control system construction needs analysis of ABON under the OEM production mode, tries to settle to the current ERP implementation bottlenecks, achieving a complete ERP implementation and use of countermeasures。The article will gave some reference to the enterprise in the ERP implementation process, whose manufacture mode is many varieties of small batch production.
