企业员工忠诚度的影响因素及其对策分析


改革开放以来,各类企业迅速发展并取得了巨大成果,在中国经济的发展中占据着不可或缺的地位。当前,面对经济全球化的潮流,企业竞争日益激烈,人才成为企业不断发展的重要影响因素。但我国企业在员工管理方面存在着很多问题,其中对员工忠诚度的管理问题尤为突出。本文在分析员工忠诚度对企业发展的重要意义的基础上,归纳总结了当前影响员工对企业忠诚度的几大因素,并针对企业员工忠诚度的管理中存在的问题应如何解决提出了一些建议和看法。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, various enterprises have developed rapidly and achieved great achievements, which are indispensable to the development of China's economy. At present, facing the trend of economic globalization, the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, and the talent is the important influence factor that the enterprise develops continuously. However, there are many problems in the management of employees, especially the management of employee loyalty. Based on the analysis of the importance of employee loyalty to the enterprise development, on the basis of summarized the influence of several factors on corporate loyalty employees, and aiming at the problems in the management of the enterprise staff loyalty should be how to solve some Suggestions and opinions are put forward.
